Hello Chaffinches!
Welcome to term 3!
We are kicking off the term with an exciting trip to the pantomime- oh yes we are! We will be going to see Sleeping Beauty at the Salisbury Playhouse on Wednesday 8th January 2025.
This term we will be learning all about China. It is a country rich in culture and tradition so it is going to be fascinating to learn about. We will be holding a ‘China Day’ on Thursday 13th February, where you can come to school wearing something red. We will be cooking traditional Chinese Mooncakes, weaving Chinese Lanterns and creating traditional blossom trees. Take a look at our theme table to see what else we will be up to this term.
Our PE days this term are Mondays with PH Sport and Fridays. It is still rather chilly, so do remember your PE jumper.
Do keep up the good work with your reading and spelling practise at home.
